Description: Turn your workout into a dance party with our high-energy Dance Fitness/Zumba class! This feel-good session blends easy-to-follow choreography with upbeat global music to help you burn calories, boost your mood, and let loose. No dance experience needed—just three rule: move your body, breathe, and have fun. Also, on the first Saturday of every month, we invite all girls ages 7-14 to join us in our workout! This is our Mother/Daughter Zumba option.
